Although still in the process of planning, I cannot hold in my excitement any longer!!!
I am to hold my first Solo Exhibition, Hannah Ostapjuk PORTRAITS, at the University of Leeds in the Clothworkers Centenary Concert Hall Foyer from 22nd October* – 12th December 2014.
This fantastic opportunity was presented to me by Jillian Johnson MBE; at the unveiling of Professor Michael Arthur’s official portrait in the Great Hall of the University back in July. The most exciting thing about this show is that the Portrait of Professor Michael Arthur will be exhibited and able to be viewed by the general public for the first (and perhaps the last) time, along with the Girl with Plaited Hair portrait which sold in The National Open Art Competition 2010. Girl with Plaited Hair is one of my most popular paintings and I am so happy to be able to exhibit it once more.
